Trademark Policy

Sync-in® is a registered trademark of Johan Legrand (johan.legrand@sync-in.com).

Definitions​

  • Logo: any graphical representation of the Sync-in® word or symbol mark.
  • Visual Identity: color schemes, fonts, icons, and other brand assets.

Authorized Use under AGPL​

You may use the “Sync-in” name, logo, and visual identity when distributing or modifying the AGPL v3 version (including forks), as long as you comply with the terms of the AGPL v3 license.

Commercial or Closed-Source Use​

To use the “Sync-in” name or logo in a commercial or closed-source context (e.g., proprietary SaaS platforms or paid content), you must obtain a written Trademark License Agreement from the Author.

Prohibited Use​

Any unauthorized use of the trademark that may suggest an official affiliation with Sync-in may result in legal action.
