Sync-in is an open-source, self-hosted solution designed to let you share, collaborate, and work on your files, with no compromise on privacy or security.

I'm a fullstack engineer and independent developer with around 20 years of experience, based in France 🇫🇷.

Sync-in is a personal project that I’ve entirely designed and developed on my own.
Not being a big fan of PHP or the existing alternatives, I decided to build the solution that worked for me.

Over the past 10 years, Sync-in has evolved through several major rewrites and has steadily grown in both features and maturity.
It felt like the right time to share it with the open-source community 🙂

A solo project, but a real one​

I’m currently the sole developer behind Sync-in — no startup, no marketing team, no vague promises.
Sync-in is a project built with passion and precision, designed to be both useful and community-driven.

The platform and this website were fully coded and deployed by me.

Sync-in is not an AI-generated website, nor a fake project.
I use AI only to improve the clarity and accuracy of my English content — a valuable time-saver that lets me focus on what really matters:
building and improving Sync-in.
